Windsor Palace Luxury Heritage Hotel Since 1906 by Paradise Inn Group

I loved our stay immensely. The location, close to markets and St Marks Cathedral. Room clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. We had a room with sea views. Bed and pillows extremely comfortable. Terrace was terrific with a great variety of food and beverages. The view from the terrace was fabulous, a great place to sit back and enjoy the sunsets. Breakfasts was ok. Check-in was great, staff polite and welcoming. Common areas very clean. Christina’s greeting was warm and welcoming. She was extremely helpful and accommodating with all our needs.

Located right on the Corniche with easy access to local sights. Welcome drink on arrival. Spacious room with comfortable bed, no street noise (4th floor) well equipped bathroom. Restaurant and Breakfast Room on 6th floor with amazing views, and great choices of food at breakfast and dinner. It was nice that the original lifts had been retained, they worked well. Christina was very helpful with arranging local sightseeing, and also my trip to El Alemain sites and museum. Front desk staff and security staff were all kind and friendly, would definately stay again.

Staff, breakfast, cleanness, the view, the spacious room, the relaxing stay, the location and the rooftop, elegant furniture and decorations. I really appreciate the great efforts made by all staff there. Special thanks to Ms. Christina at the reception. She is very helpful and courteous. Also, Mr. Hussein at the restaurant was doing his best to make all the guests enjoy their breakfast. The housekeeping ladies kept the room very clean. I really liked the comfy bed. I could see the citadel from my bed! We had a very easy fast check in and check out. We arrived early and I told the reception that we could wait till the room is ready, but we were amazed to find our room ready while we were having breakfast at the roof. This really exceeded my expectations. I will be back for sure!

Christina is amazing and helped us from the second we stepped into the hotel. Check in was easy and the front desk staff were great. Drinks and cookies on arrival while we were being checked in. It is in a great location and has some historical features. The staff at the hotel go above and beyond for every need. Christina helped up book a tour/driver for a full day tour in Alexandria and we loved it. Our local guide was extremely knowledgeable and took us to all of the best places. Christina also organised a car for us from Alexandria back to Cairo. Our driver was great and took such great care of us on the long ride. I can’t recommend this place more. The free breakfast was nice and the staff who run it do a great job.

property is really luxurious reflecting a lot from the royal era of Egypt (40’s &50’s of last century) especially that management succeeded to well maintain its unique antique character & atmosphere!! Once I enter this hotel I feel I travel in time to the past!! it was a very good experience! Thé staff was very friendly especially Christine who made an effort to accommodate my needs & Michael, Lara in front desk with their welcoming smiles, Fatma in room service who was always available whenever needed and concierge/security staff who were helpful as well. Not forgetting the whole staff/waiters/waitresses & chefs in the breakfast area & Blue Harbor restaurant.
